Cro Cop returns and leaves again?

He looked in the best form since his Pride days but was it just a game for Cro Cop? Did he fool us all or is there more to the story?

I listened to the pre-fight Cro Cop conference call and he really did say that his aim was the UFC title. Maybe there was some sort of misunderstanding where he thought that the UFC would let time fight in Germany, then let him go back to Japan for 2009, and let him return to the UFC for a title run in 2010? I don't know, but he doesn't seem like a guy who'd just screw over people.

Everything will be revealed in the next 24 hours or so. Stay tuned...

  1. Weird: What's Dana whining about, if he wants a 3 fight deal then he should offer 3 fight deal and not just 1 to boost UFC popularity in Europe. Would he offer him a deal if he lost to Al Turk? probably not. So what's the big deal abou that EGOmanic White who's using his powers against UFC fighters. No wonder Fedor didn't want to accept lousy UFC terms. It's UFC that needs Fedor (30:1:1) the fighter that has a record to show unlike some fresh heavyweight fighters in UFC (Brock 3:1:0, Mir 12:3...)
